Ken has been Principal of his own Real Estate Company since 1980 – starting with Williams and Baker in Swanbourne and now trading as Ken Baker Real Estate in Claremont.  During a 5 year period 1998 to 2007 he was a partner in a large commercial enterprise in the city

Ken has a large portfolio of prestigious commercial properties in and around the CBD and offers a wealth of experience in Residential and Commercial real estate including all facets of the industry including sales and asset management     He is also hands on with the Residential Property Management Department and always available to speak to Owners at any time

Judy Whiting

Judy has worked with Ken Baker Real Estate for more than 15 years – previously in charge of a relocation company in Perth.  She does the appraisal for you, selects the tenants and manages the property herself which means she is completely aware of all the dealings of your home or investment properties . Judy manages many properties  in the prestigious area of Dalkeith, Nedlands, Cottesloe, Claremont, Mosman Park plus many smaller investment properties in surrounding areas -

Carol Vincent

Carol joined the company in 2008 bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge after 26 years in Property Management and previous background in building construction.   Carol lives in Melville and specialises in the areas of South Perth. Como, Applecross to Fremantle and surrounding areas.
